Challenge
Arighi Bianchi sought to revamp their store, battling with outdated systems. The daunting task encompassed migrating and relaunching the store, transitioning from a legacy platform to Shopify Plus, detailed requirement analysis, preserving brand integrity through UI/UX design, developing a Shopify theme from scratch, setting up the Shopify Plus Store, and implementing custom Shopify Plus workflows and complex content, orders, and marketing features.
Solution
We successfully re-platformed Arighi Bianchi, executing a complex store migration to a SaaS-based Shopify Plus platform. We automated the complete retail process from order to shipment, implementing custom workflows for payments, financing, and multi-variant products. The solution also included migrating thousands of products and user data, full integration with in-house systems, custom order monitoring, Shopify marketplace app setup, and third-party financing services integration.
Impact
The SaaS model eliminated upfront IT infrastructure costs, resulting in a significant increase in operational efficiency and revenue. It also marked the end of reliance on a legacy system.
