Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM that fit the business
ERP and CRM implementation, integration and support.
Dynamics implementations fail on process and data far more often than on technology. We start with how the business actually runs, configure to that rather than to the demo, migrate the data properly, and integrate with the systems around it.

Start a conversationWhat we implement
Business Central
Finance, supply chain, inventory and operations for mid-market organisations — implemented as a working system rather than a licence deployment.
Finance & Operations
Enterprise-scale finance, manufacturing and supply chain, for organisations whose processes will not fit a mid-market footprint.
Sales & Customer Service
CRM configured around your actual pipeline and service workflows, with the reporting your commercial team will use rather than tolerate.
Data migration
Extracting, cleansing and reconciling data from the system you are leaving — usually the part that decides whether the go-live is calm or not.
Integration
Connecting Dynamics to e-commerce, warehousing, payments and the reporting stack, so the platform is part of the estate rather than an island in it.
Support & enhancement
Post-go-live support, user training and iterative enhancement as the business changes — delivered from our managed services teams.
The apps we work across
Business Central
Finance, inventory, purchasing, sales and light manufacturing in a single system — the usual destination for organisations outgrowing entry-level accounting software.
Finance
General ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, budgeting and multi-entity consolidation for organisations with genuine finance complexity.
Supply Chain Management
Inventory, warehousing, production and procurement, including warehouse management for operations that run on scanners rather than spreadsheets.
Sales & Customer Insights
Pipeline, opportunity and quote management, with segmentation and journey orchestration where marketing needs to act on the same data.
Customer Service & Field Service
Case management, SLAs, knowledge base and omnichannel, plus scheduling, work orders and mobile access for engineers on site.
Power Platform & Dataverse
Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI over the same Dataverse layer — where most of the practical extension work happens without custom code.
How an implementation runs
1 — Discovery & process mapping
Documenting how the business actually operates, and deciding deliberately where to adopt the standard process and where the difference is worth configuring for.
2 — Design & configure
Chart of accounts, dimensions, entities, security roles and workflows built to that map, with the gaps that need extension identified early rather than during testing.
3 — Data migration
Extract, cleanse, map and load — rehearsed at least once against real volumes, with reconciliation reports your finance team signs off before go-live.
4 — Test & train
End-to-end process testing with real users and real scenarios, and key users trained during the build so they can support their own teams afterwards.
5 — Go-live & hypercare
Cutover with a rollback position, then a staffed support period through the first close, the first payroll run, and the first month-end.
Integration & extension
Reporting & analytics
An ERP nobody can get numbers out of is an expensive filing cabinet. Reporting is designed alongside the configuration, not requested afterwards once the chart of accounts is already set.
Financial & operational reporting
Management accounts, consolidation across entities, and the operational reports each function runs on — built against the dimension structure agreed during design.
Power BI
Dashboards over Dataverse and the wider estate, so Dynamics data sits alongside the rest of the business rather than in isolation.
Dataverse & the data layer
Entity and relationship design that keeps reporting straightforward and gives Power Apps and Power Automate a clean foundation to build on.
Warehouse integration
Feeding Dynamics data into Snowflake, Fabric or an existing warehouse where group reporting spans more systems than Microsoft's.
Adoption, training & change management
ERP and CRM rollouts fail on people at least as often as on configuration. If the finance team keeps its parallel spreadsheet, the implementation has not landed.
Process ownership
Named owners for each end-to-end process, so decisions during build have someone accountable rather than being escalated to the project manager.
Key user programme
Key users trained during the build and involved in testing, so they enter go-live able to support their own teams.
Role-based training
Materials built around each role's daily transactions rather than a full tour of the application, with reference guides for the tasks people do monthly.
Retiring the workarounds
Actively decommissioning the spreadsheets and shadow systems the new platform replaces, because leaving them available guarantees they survive.
Support & managed services
Go-live is the start of the relationship. We support the platform afterwards with the same tiered model we run for enterprise network clients around the clock.
Hypercare
Intensive staffed support through the first period-end, the first close and the first full cycle, when the real edge cases surface.
Ongoing application support
Tier 1 to Tier 3 support with priority-based response targets agreed in the engagement, and a named account manager throughout.
Enhancement & release management
Microsoft ships continuously. We test each wave against your configuration and integrations before it reaches production, rather than finding out afterwards.
Continuous improvement backlog
A managed queue of enhancements sized and prioritised with you each cycle, so the system keeps pace with the business instead of ossifying at go-live.
How we de-risk a rollout
Where engagements usually start
Outgrowing entry-level accounting
The finance team is running the business out of spreadsheets alongside the accounting package. Business Central is usually the destination.
Upgrading from Dynamics AX, NAV or GP
Moving off a legacy on-premises Microsoft ERP to Business Central or Finance & Operations, with the customisations reassessed rather than blindly reproduced.
Consolidating after an acquisition
Multiple entities on different systems, with a group that needs one set of numbers and a single view of the customer.
A CRM nobody updates
Sales data lives in inboxes and personal spreadsheets because the CRM never fitted the way the team sells. We fix the fit before blaming adoption.
An implementation that stalled
A partner left, the project paused, or go-live slipped repeatedly. We pick up the existing configuration and finish it rather than restarting from zero.
